February 5, 2007

Hard Rock Haven's Derric Miller checked in with bassist Dustin Mitchell of Utah-based progressive/power metallers KATAGORY V to talk about their progress with the upcoming fourth album, tenatively titled "Hymns of Dissension", the direction this CD is taking versus their previous releases, Dustin's current condition with carpel tunnel syndrome, and several hilarious tounge-in-cheek moments, and a whole lot more. You can hear and/or download the full audio interview by clicking here.

KATAGORY V has completed the pre-production phase of "Hymns of Dissension". Recording sessions for the CD will begin sometime this month. The band is planning to record the album live in the studio.
